After buying Madrona East in 2005, ownership has continually worked hard to improve the grounds and sense of community. Our residents appreciate the commitment to present a quality, well cared-for and well-thought-out environment. One particularly gratifying project has been to take an area of the park that was bare and desolate and bring it back to its natural state. Native grasses, olive trees, sage, trails and a dog walking area are all part of this transformed portion of the park in which we take distinct pleasure.
